GCRO 7010 Narrow Fold - #1 for Safe Transport

This is an outstanding primary pass machine with a narrow folded transport width of just 3.4m which means no escort required to move this around. Featuring universal 10 1/2” spacing, ideally suited to crops such as sugarcane, vegetable, rice and cotton ground.

Built strong & heavy, this machine can penetrate hard soils and buries stubble exceptionally well. Fitted with a new swivel type oil bath bearing that further increases lifetime, upgraded larger single 15.0/70-18 BKT 14 ply tyres, hydraulic locking pins on the wing folds to ensure the wings don’t ride up, and a hydraulic cylinder on the hitch that makes adjustment of the pitch quick and easy.

Also featuring large 1 3/4″ round axles, heavy cast spool spacers that add extra weight whilst being small in diameter thus allowing for longer disc life, & rear tow hitch with hydraulic ports for towed rear implement, the GCRO 7010 folding 44 plate is the perfect all rounder!

Strong Disc Blades

The standard fitment of 28″x7.5mm scalloped discs should be the first clue that this machine will dig. Add the option of upgrading to 30″x7.5mm scalloped or plain discs will confirm it.

Disc blades are fitted on 270mm spacing which gives a great mix of depth and full cut out, leaving an amazing finish for such a big disc harrow.

Big Gang Axles

There is no point having big disc blades fitted up to a small axle as they will just break or bend. The GCRO 7010 doesnt lack in this area, having big 1 3/4″ round axles.

This means that you can confidently use the entire weight and depth of cut in the harshest conditions and know that the axles will handle it.

Big Oil Bath Bearings

To couple with strong disc blades & big axles are the huge Tatu OIL BATH BEARINGS. These are double taper roller bearings with Duo-Cone Seals.

And the best part of being Oil Bath bearings is that they do not need daily or even weekly greasing. They are basically maintenance free. Just check the oil level ever now and then!

Easy to setup & adjust, the gang aggressiveness can be adjusted by changing the front and rear angles. This also can assist with making the plough pull straight behind the tractor.
