"ECO BUSTA" - Designed to BUSTA up the ground

The Serafin Eco Busta is the biggest and heaviest model in the Eco Series range. The Offset Disc features a solid, heavy 10mm steel frame, wide 340mm spacing and large 32″ x 10mm scalloped discs, this machine will certainly “Busta” up the ground.

The frame is made from huge 200mmx150mmx10mm steel plus a 10mm underplate for extra strength on the gang frame. It also comes standard with huge 60mm round axles and oil bath bearings for easy maintenance.

The Eco Busta is avaliable in 20-28 plate models.

All of the Serafin Eco Series range of offsets come fully assembled by factory trained technicians and all come with a full 12 month warranty so you can buy with confidence.

Super strong pull with simple Chain & Spring assembly for easy and safe hook up to the tractor.

Fully adjustable level lift bar so that when the machine is lifted for transport it remains level and stable

Super Strong Gang Frame with 10mm underplate and Gussets plus reinforced gang hangers with underplated feet for the ultimate in strength and reliablity

Big 400/60×15.5 flotation tyres for easy transport from paddock to paddock. They are a very common size and easily found should you need to ever replace them

Fully adjustable gang sections front and rear that allows the operator to change the aggression of the discs so that they can be setup to suit all conditions

Massive 200mm x 100mm x 10mm frame with 10mm underplate and Gussets means it is strong, heavy and will last a life time

340mm disc spacing to ensure maximum depth and a full cut. The BUSTA will certainly turn over the soil and bury any stubble perfectly

Simple single hydraulic cylinder for lifting and lowering the machine for transport. It comes with safety pin to ensure the machine can’t lower during transport

Huge 32″ x 8mm scalloped disc blades fitted to on a massive 60mm round axle with welded spacers and oil bath bearings

Scalloped Disc Blades

Super strong 32″ x 8mm scalloped disc blades on 340mm spacing gives the BUSTA the ability to dig deep and really turn over the ground to ensure a full cut and a good coverage of the trash into the soil.

Oil Bath Bearings

Massive oil bath bearings are fitted to the fully gusseted bearing hangers with underplated feet to ensure the bearings fit true and stay that way. The Oil Bath Bearing is virtually maintenance free so you spend more time working and less time fixing!

Huge 60mm Round axles

A big heavy frame with big discs & big bearings requires a big axle to handle it all, and the BUSTA sure doesn’t skimp out on this. Featuring a HUGE 60mm round axle with locking nuts means it will handle the rough stuff and stay tight.

Super Strong, Heavy Frame

This makes most other offsets look like toys. The BUSTA frame is a huge 200mm x 150mm x 10mm PLUS a 10mm underplate for added strength and weight. It is also gusseted to ensure a long trouble free life.

Adjustable Gang

To ensure you are able to set the BUSTA up for your conditions correctly, the gang sections front and rear are able to be manually adjusted to increase or decrease the amount of aggression simply and easily with the mounting design.

Underplated Gangs

Complementing the super strong main frame is the super strong gang sections. These are underplated with 10mm also PLUS they have gussets to strengthen the mud scraper mounting points.

Hydraulic Lift

Continuing with the BUSTA’s simple yet strong design, it has a single heavy duty hydraulic lift cylinder that attaches to the levelling bar to ensure the BUSTA has good ground clearance and is safe to transport.

Large Flotation Tyres

The BUSTA is equipped with 2x 400/60×15.5 flotation tyres with a heavy axle and wheel hub to make transporting around from paddock to paddock easy and safe.

Strong Mudscapers

The BUSTA’s Mud Scrapers are strong in design and keeps the inside scallop of each disc clean of mud. They are double bolted onto a thick 10mm under plate on the main gang beam with a reinforcing gusset.
