The Diskomat range is a serious tillage machine that features a heavy, strong frame with large 620mm scalloped discs & a heavy spring breakout for excellent penetration down to 180mm deep. It also has excellent productivity due to its high work speed & low maintenance.

Large Choice of Rear Roller Styles

Choice of hitch types including 2PL hitch for Cat 3/4 or eyelet type for 50mm or 70mm pins

Frame is made from eXtra STEEL line steel which is three times stronger than standard steel & lighter too!

Disks with the diameter of 620 mm located in two rows will undercut the soil. Working depth is 5-18 cm

Behind each row of disks there is a deflector striking down flying clods for an even better finish

Strong maintenance free spring assemblies on each disc that gives up to 350kg of down pressure

Clods are crumbled by the rear roller. Various roller types are available to ensure the best performance in different conditions and soil types

Large flotation tyres for stable transport with mud guards and hydraulic lift cylinders

Separate Protection of Discs

Each of the discs is separately protected ensuring thus perfect protection of working members and high passability for plant residues.

Maintenance-Free Spring Protection

Wide placement of the Disc Unit ensures stability. Resistant and maintenance-free spring protection with high release force means better penetration whilst still protecting the Disc Unit

Optimal Angle of Discs

Farmet has spent many years of testing to work out what the optimal angle of the discs that ensuring perfect operation of the machine in the most demanding conditions.

Heavy Duty Clod Board

Deflectors behind the front & rear rows of discs aids in crumbling the soil for an even more level, consistent finish

Folding System

Patented folding system enabling the machine with the working span of 7.8 m to be folded to the transport width of 3 m and height of 4 m and thus complies with the regulations for operation of vehicles on the road network.

Farmet’s special eXtra STEEL line steel is three (yes, 3) times the tensile strength of standard steel. This eXtra strength gives you a much longer life of the machine, less weight & lower fuel consumption.

I purchased my Diskomat 6PS back in October 2020 & we put it straight to work into some very hard, compacted paddocks that needed freshening up.

I am glad I took Serafin's advice to go to the heavier model as a normal Speed Disc wouldn't have handled it

Easy Operation

Due to minimum of adjusting and lubricating points the operation and subsequent maintenance are very easy steps that anybody can perform.

Adjustment of Working Depth

Easy adjustment of the working depth according to the overview table using the distance washers on the roller piston rods.

Easy To Use Depth Stops

Unused distance washers can be placed on the prepared storage place near piston rods and this way they are always at hand.

Height-Adjustable Deflector

The height-adjustable right side deflector for ideal direction of the processed soil.

Single Depth Gauge Wheels

The DISKOMAT can have additional Depth Gauge Wheels fitted to the front side of the wings that assist with ensuring a completely even depth of cut across the entire width of the machine

70mm Tongue Style Hitch

Ideal for tractors without linkage, you are able to order your new DISKOMAT Speed Disc with a 70mm Tongue Style hitch instead of the 2PL hitch that comes standard.

Two Types of Clod Board

Choice between two types of deflectors: gill type or bar type (as shown which is most common). The Clod Board helps break up the soil as it is thrown up from the discs in front of it, assisting in a more level, even finish.
