Optional Front Mounted Tool with hydraulic lift when not required

New style completely forged heavier arm allows for a more aggressive disc angle, more strength and less diameter than a standard style arm.

This means better trash flow, a better cut out of weeds and less downtime.

Special Side Deflector Plates are fitted to help guide soil that is thrown by the outside disc to within the width of the machine. This helps give a consistent level finish

Disks with the diameter of 510 mm are located in two rows will undercut the soil. Working depth is 3.5 – 12 cm

Clods are crumbled by the rear roller, all in a single row. Various roller types are available to ensure the best performance in different conditions and soil types

Standard fitment is the Double Ring Roller.

Maintenance-free disc hub bearings ensures Trouble-Free operation of the machine with no need of additional lubrication. This means you actually spend less time repairing or servicing your machine and more time being Productive.

Maintenance-Free Rubber Torsion Mounts of Disc Arm

Resistant and maintenance-free rubber torsion mounts that offer ground following adaptation to terrain whilst offering protection against overload or damage from hitting an object like a stump or large rock.

Heavy Hook Style Disc Arms

Softer Pro is fitted with Farmet’s new HOOK style disc arm that provides better soil & stubble throughput and self cleaning compared to standard types. Made from super strong 20mm steel & mounted by big 16mm bolts.

Narrow Transport Width

The Bi-Fold design of the SOFTER PRO keeps its folded width down to only 3m and folded height low as well making this very easy to transport from farm to farm. It is simply done via the tractor cabin via hydraulic remotes. Check out the video below:

Easy to Use Depth Indicator

Easy to Read from the cabin, the SOFTER PRO has its own Depth Indicator fitted so the operator is always aware of the working depth being achieved. This gives the operator assurance that the best job is being achieved.

Easy Operation

Simple Diagrams show the operator what settings need to be adjusted for different operations of the machine such as folding & levelling.

And due to minimum of adjusting and lubricating points the operation and subsequent maintenance are very easy steps that anybody can perform.

Continuous Connection of Passes in the Field

The extreme disc is separately height-adjustable which allows continuous connection of runs by reducing the amount of soil thrown by the outside disc (Often referred to as a furrow filler)

Adjustable Deflector to direct Processed Soil

The height and longitudinally adjustable side deflector for ideal direction of the processed soil ensuring the operator that soil isn’t thrown outside of the machine width so that it offers a more consistent level finish

Hydraulic adjustment of Working Depth

Easy adjustment of the working depth according to the overview table using the distance washers on the roller piston rods.

Common Options

FLEXI-CUT Front Mount Tool

The SOFTER PRO can have the FLEXI-CUT front mount tool fitted which allows for additional processing of stubble prior to the discs which provides an improved stubble break down and level finish.

FLEXI-BOARD Front Mount Tool

The SOFTER PRO can have the FLEXI-BOARD front mount tool fitted which allows for additional breaking up of clods prior to the discs which aid in providing a leveller finish.

Extended Tracing Wheels for Optional Tools

This option is used exclusively when either the FLEXI-CUT or FLEXI-BOARD option is fitted. This allows for the additional room required at the front of the machine whilst keeping the tracing wheels for giving the machine a more consistent depth cut.
