TATU DODH-F FOLDING TANDEM DISC PLOUGH
The DODH-F is specially designed for soil preparation, breaking clods and soil leveling, for large acreage farm operation with high operational performance. It is an easy to operate and low maintenance machine that will continue to perform reliably and consistently.
It features Tatu oil bath bearing assemblies with tapered roller bearings and duo-cone seals that deliver higher durability, lasting longer, reducing both time and maintenance costs. A wide range of treated boron steel disc blades, either plain or notched, in the front and rear gang, last longer, reducing both time and maintenance costs as well.
The machine is also fitted with super strong 1.3/4” round heat treated alloy steel gang axles that assure high performance of the DODH-F disc harrow and Cast Iron Spacer Spools were designed to provide extra blade support to reduce blade breakage.
The Tatu DODH-F is built to last a life time while offering low maintenance and excellent performance.

Long Life Oil Bath Bearings
To ensure trouble free operation, the DODH-F tandem disc plough has Tatu Oil Bath Bearings that feature double taper roller bearings & Duo-Cone Seals to keep the dirt out.
The discs & bearings are also fitted to 1 3/4″ Round Boron Steel axles to handle the rough stuff.
Spring Mounted Gangs
To help protect the gang axles & main frame, each gang section is mounted on a heavy duty spring that allows the entire gang section to roll over rocks etc without damage.
The Spring design also allows the machine to handle undulating ground better than fixed frame models.
Adjustable Mud Scrapers
Mud can be the worst enemy to any tillage machine so to help overcome this issue, the DODH-F Is fitted with fully adjustable mud scrapers that can help clean the mud off the disc blades, allowing the operator to continue to work when other machines would have to pull up.
Dual 400/60x15.5 tyres
Fitted with dual 400/60×15.5 flotation tyres on a pivoting wheel arm allows for the machine to carry the weight evening and safely, particularly when folded for transport
Swivel tongue on drawbar
Hooking up has never been easier with the simple swivel tongue that is held into position by the chain & spring assembly. No more trying to find something to prop up the tongue while you back on.
Folding Design for transport
Two large hydraulic cylinders allow for quick and easy folding of the DODH-F to allow for easy transport to and from the field or between jobs.
Designed for low maintenance & easy operation
Ideal for light cultivation where a level finish and high productivity is key. It has spring loaded bearing hangers that can handle slightly rocky conditions & has 230mm (Approx. 9”) disc spacing for a fine cut. Add Oil Bath Bearings & 1 3/4″ Round Boron Steel Axles. the DODH-F will last a life time.
