The TDNG300e may be small in sowing width but its big on everything else like weight, performance & capacity.

A farmer favourite with its wheels mounted behind so you can sow right up to fence lines. It has a narrow 3m transport width & will fit through a 12ft gateway. You can travel down the road without the need for an escort too.

Built like a tank, the TDNG300e can get into hard, compacted ground with ease. It has an amazing amount of travel on the row units so undulating ground is not an problem. A bigger box capacity than other 3m machines means more time in the paddock and better productivity.

Weight for penetration

One thing a lot of cheaper double disc seeders lack is the physical weight to get the double disc opener to penetrate into hard soils. Sowing dry is almost impossible with some other machines but not this little tank.

Weighing at over 4.7t the TDNG 300e can work in the hardest conditions whilst being versatile enough to sow into the softest ground too!

Ground following ability

With its 400mm of vertical travel (indivudally) on each row unit means that the TDNG 300e has the best ground following of any 3m disc seeder on the market.

This relates to the seeder being able to keep constant contact with the ground, ensuring accurate seed placement even in the most challenging environments.

Accurate seeding depth

Coupled with the TDNG row units amazing ground following is the fact that the disc opener runs a solid depth limiter on each unit ensuring accurate seeding depth.

A depth limiter is a cast narrow wheel that is bolted directly onto the side of the disc opener on one side, limiting the amount of disc is able to penetrate the ground, keeping the seeding depth constant. This is right next to the seed boot so you can be sure of the best seed placement available on any disc opener.

Small Seeds & Pasture

The TDNG 300e comes fitted standard with an 80L small seeds / pasture seed box. It can handle a large range of grass and small seeds with accuracy at low rates. It is easy to calibrate and you can change rates with one simple adjuster handle.

Being able to sow at a consistent depth without distrubing the soil around the seed ensures that the TDNG is an excellent opener for over-sowing pastures.

Narrow transport width

The TDNG 300e has its two 400/60×15.5 flotation tyres mounted behind the seeder, either side of the fold-down steps.

Having the tyres mounted at the rear gives the machine a narrow 3m transport width as well as the ability to sow right up next to fence lines.

12ft gateways are no problem for the TDNG 300e and you don’t require an escort to move it around from farm to farm.

Large capacity

The 1,235L seed & fert box capacity of the 300e puts it as the leader of all 3m combine seeders in regards to seed & fertilser capacity.

Add on the 80L small seed box and this will ensure that you can keep sowing for longer & being more productive.

It also has easy access to the seed, fertiliser and small seed boxes from the rear catwalk with the fold down steps and solid hand rails all round.

They say you can only get 1-2 years from Italian Rye Grass but with this machine I am getting 3-4 years. It just gets the seed into the ground consistently & the root structure developed quickly so it just stays.

It has got a lot of weight and it can get into very hard ground from Clay soils to Red soils to Black soils. It is also very reliable. That is the big advantage of this machine.

Options & Extras

PVC Front Cover Tarp

Offering protection to the Fertiliser Metering System from moisture, the front PVC in simply mounting across the front of the fertiliser box via a Rope Track and then tied down to the machine via Bunjee Cords for quick and easy fitment.

This can be removed or tied up when not required.

Stainless Seed & Fert Box

Perfect for customers close to the coast where salty sea air can cause premature corrosion of painted steel surfaces is the option to have your new TDNG300e supplied from factory with a stainless steel seed & fert box.

Note that this is factory order only & does not include the small seed box which is standard painted steel.

Tungsten Limiter Scraper

By adding a tungsten tile to the Depth Limiter Scraper, the scraper will not only last up to 10 times longer but will also require less adjustment over its lifetime as well.

This is a very common upgrade so ask your saleperson about adding this before delivery.
