The TRITON HEAVY brings a speed discs ability to cut, & bury crop residue and give a fully width soil loosening, to the next level; while achieving a deep cultivators ability to improve water absorption & reducing soil compaction all in ONE PASS.
The Cultivator is simple and easy to use with hydraulic adjustment of shanks and discs, hydraulic protection with accumulators of shanks and discs along with very low maintenance with a minimum number of lubrication points. The Triton HEAVY has a working speed of 8-12kph and a working depth of down to 400mm, with models ranging from 210-600HP.
The Triton HEAVY is an excellent solution for difficult conditions where the farmer needs to be able to break up their soils without leaving big clods, whilst being able to handle high crop residue. If you want something to tame a TIGER, this is the machine.

FARMET TRITON HEAVY Features
- 1. Full-surface tillage zone. The double-row disc section with aggressive geometry ensures perfect full-surface undercut to a maximum depth of 18 / 21 cm with intensive mixing of crop residues. The disc section also spreading well crop residues over the surface.
- 2. Tillage zone. The depth of tillage up to 40 cm. Tilling chisels with optimized geometry in two rows ensure deep zone loosening for increase of water infiltration.
- 3. Furrow-levelling zone. Levelling discs also increase the effect of incorporating crop residues.
- 4. Clods crumbling and soil re-compaction zone. Optimum soil re-compaction ensures good water infiltration and soil water capillarity to the surface.

Extreme durability of working units
The time-tested tines are made of high-strength abrasion-resistant steels and they are equipped with carbide plates at the point of tine. The top part of the tine can be supplemented with other carbide plates or tungsten carbide weld deposits to extend the lifespan even more.
